| Returns Policy You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. Between 7 working days after you receive it and 30 working days we can only exchange the item. After 30 working days we cannot make any amendments. We strongly advise that customers unpack and inspect the goods on delivery. We also advise and original packaging is retained in case items need to be returned. You should ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for their reduction in value. To return an item, please e-mail us or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation may help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. You will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) which will assist us in dealing with your refund promptly. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. Due to the nature of replacement, and perishable goods they are non-refundable. Shipping and return costs are refundable if the goods are faulty, grossly misdescribed or not fit for purpose. The return cost only include your postage, no other cost. This can only be covered if the original receipt is included. All packets must have your return address on the back.
