• You can cancel your order within anytime from the moment you place your order, if the order hasn't been dispatched then an instant refund will be given. If the order has been dispatched then shipping and return costs are not refundable.
• All orders can be returned within seven working days from the day after you receive it (unless other time specified in description), please use this time to inspect good.
• Between the day after you receive it and 7 working days we can refund, exchange or give credit.
• Between 7 working days after you receive it and 30 working days we can only exchange or give credit.
• Returns can only be accepted if you have informed us previously and a RAN form has been completed and Included in packet.
• Shipping and return costs are not refundable if returning or exchanging something because you've changed your mind.
• Shipping and return costs are refundable if the goods are faulty, grossly misdescribed or not fit for purpose.
• The return cost only include your postage, no other cost. This can only can it be covered if the original receipt is included.
• We never charge for admin or re-stocking fees.
• We will require photographs of damaged items in original packaging before return.
