General Questions
1. I have an invoice query
A VAT invoice is supplied with all goods, this will be made out to your billing address. To request a copy of an invoice please email sales@lyonlighting, quoting the order date and address. VAT is charged on all our goods and services at the standard rate. Our delivery charges includes the Royal Mail and courier costs, packing materials and handling charges. VAT is charged on delivery as the postage is classed as a service which includes all these other costs.

5. How do I change my password?
Click on ‘Account Login’ from any page on the site. You are able to change your password once logged into your account.

7. How to unsubscribe from our monthly newsletter
If you would like to opt–out from receiving our monthly newsletter, then you can do so during the order process. Alternatively, after you have registered, you can opt–out by clicking the "unsubscribe" lin at the bottom of each marketing email.

Product Infomation
1. WEEE Lamp disposal
All lamps sold indervidualy or complete with a light fitting includes the WEEE charges. The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive) was introduced into UK law in January 2007 by the Waste Electronic and Electrical Equipment Regulations 2006. The WEEE Directive aims to reduce the amount of electrical equipment being produced and to encourage everyone to reuse, recycle and recover it.

When you see items marked with RoHS compliant it means that the product contains a legal/safe ammount of hazardous substances. RoHS is the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2008. These Regulations implement EU Directive 2002/95 which bans the placing on the EU market of new electrical and electronic equipment containing more than agreed levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl and polybrominated diphenyl ether flame retardants.

The CE logo is a quality mark that certifies a product meets all EU consumer safety, health, and environmental requirements. CE doesn't have any literal meaning or abbreviation.

1. My order hasn't arrived and it's over the estimated delivery time

2. How long do you take to deliver?
Lighting goods that are in stock will be dispatched the same day providing the order is processed before 1pm. Please see click the link below for the full rates table
Delivery Rates3. What happens if my item is out of stock?
If an item is temporarily out of stock we will email you within 24 working hours. We will explain the timescale and offer an alternative, also with the option to cancel. Every effort will be made to deliver these orders within the quoted delivery time however we are unable to guarantee dates. In such cases your normal cancellation rights still apply.
4. What happens if no one is available to accept delivery?
If no one is available to take delivery from our courier, a calling card will be left. If you do not contact the courier, a further two delivery attempts will be made. If the courier is still unable to deliver the order will be returned to us and we will charge additional shipping costs.
