We are confident in both our products and our prices. We do not sell poor quality goods to allow us to offer rock-bottom prices, but we offer tried and tested products at competetive rates. If you find like-for-like products elsewhere at a lower price, then we will be happy to match it.

Low Delivery Charges

Our warehouse in staffordshire maintains most lines in stock meaning we are able to offer a fast low cost delivery service, to you or direct to site. Orders placed before 3pm will get dispatched the same day, please note our shipping service is based on working days. The majority of orders take 1-3 days for delviery, we also offer a next day service.

Free Bulbs

We supply free of charge the appropriate light bulbs required for the light fittings ordered. Halogen or CFL will be supplied, look out for the "lamps included" logo on the product page. The FREE light bulb(s) means that you can use your new outdoor light fitting straight away. Please note not all products include a light bulb, should you return a light fitting the bulbs have to be returned also.

After sales service

We guarantee the operation of all our products from a minimum of 12 months up to 25 years, however should a product fail then please contact one of our experienced technical staff, they are here to help. Lamps also come with average lamplife ratings, if a lamp fails short of this please contact us to arrange a replacement.

Free Returns

Selecting the perfect light fitting or lamp for can be difficult, variables such as colour can cause items to appear differently to how you may imagine. If you decide you don't like it (within 7 working days) then just send it back (at your cost) and we will refund or arrange a replacement!Click here for full Terms and Conditions.

We offer peace of mind when ordering online as we use a Secure site encryption, this is the latest and safest payment method, in association with sagepay. We operate a checkout system that is protected by a 128-bit secure socket layer - this means ALL your information is securely encrypted before it even leaves your computer. All card payments are processed with a 3rd party (Sage Pay) so we never see your details. Every transaction we process is also checked by our fraud control system to validate the authenticity and validity of your payment card as well as indicators of possible fraudulent use.
